Meet the women in construction who make up the panel for the 2025 Blueprint for Success event
Tammy Tosounian is the Rockwork Engineering Manager at Walt Disney Imagineering where she oversees the structural engineering of specialty elements within theme parks. She earned a Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Southern California and has been working in the Structural Engineering field since 2006.
Alicia Loh Ortiz is the Southern California Business Unit Leader for DPR Construction. With 20 years in the construction industry, Alicia has built her experience in the field as a Project Engineer, Project Manager and Project Executive within the life sciences and commercial markets of Southern California as well as spent time in DPR’s corporate Innovation group. Her passions revolve around people practices, organizational culture and diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
Ingalill Wahlroos-Ritter is an architect, educator, and consultant specializing in building envelopes and the innovative use of glass. Her recent project is the renovation of the Los Angeles Mission, a 156,000 sf, 300-bed facility for homeless individuals.
Ingalill served as Dean of Woodbury School of Architecture (2016–2021) and has taught at Yale, Cornell, Bartlett (UCL), and SCI-Arc. She currently teaches at East Los Angeles College and serves on NCARB’s Education Committee and as Director of Social Impact for Architecture for Communities Los Angeles (ACLA), a non-profit focused on education and community outreach.
Ingalill was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows in 2018 and has received the AIA California Council Educator Award (2016), the AIA|LA Presidential Educator of the Year Award (2018), and recognition as one of Design Intelligence’s Most Admired Educators in Architecture (2018, 2019).
Diana Limon started her career as an apprentice in Los Angeles, CA United States of America in 1995. Upon completion of her apprenticeship, she began teaching the electrical apprenticeship and supervising work as a foreman and general foreman out in the field. She served on the staff of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 11 for fifteen years in the Compliance Department and as Training Director of the Net Zero Plus Electrical Training Institute for five years. She currently serves as the Director of Women Recruitment & Support and continues to assist in the Compliance Department for IBEW Local 11. She received her BA in Labor Studies from the National Labor College and M.P.A. from the University of Baltimore.
